Familial est le Maitre mot qui définit le mieux cet établissement où nous avons séjourné une petite semaine. Les gérants sont adorables, attentionnés, les chambres sont très propres, les sanitaires et salles de bains également, le petit déjeuner le matin est parfait ! De plus l’hôtel est idéalement situé près du Centre de Londres tout en restant au calme. Très bien desservi par le bus 24. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

A decent hotel in a good location! It was quite a hike up to the top floor to my room and there's no lift, so it would have been difficult with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The room itself was absoutely fine for 1 person and I'd stay again.

I thought the 10:00 checkout time was pretty early - I was away before then, but worth considering if you're staying here.

Small but clean and comfortable room with everything you would expect. Extremely quiet. Very comfy bed. Pleasant breakfast room and decent breakfast.
What makes this hotel stand out, though, is the absolutely delightful, friendly service. We would definitely stay again for that alone.

Last minute booking for my birthday weekend and found a right gem. Location perfect with the 24 bus stop right outside. Friendly welcome, given an upgrade to a slight different triple room. Room was lovely and comfortable. Decorated well, beds were very comfortable. Nice shower. You have a key to get in so you can come and go as you please. Breakfast room really bright and comfy. Nice breakfast. Again staff were really friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay again.

We booked this hotel because a part of our family were going on a football game. The staff was very helpful with telling us how to get to the game and home. The breakfast was very good with different meals to choose from. Overall the experience was good and I highly recommend this hotel.

Camere essenziali ma pulite e confortevoli. Ottima la posizione, la stazione Victoria è vicina. Tram sotto l'hotel comodissimo.

소문대로 쌍둥이 사장님이 매우 친절하시고 조식도 맛있어요~건물이 현대식은 아니지만 화장실도 깨끗하고 샤워시설이 좋습니다!!기분좋은 여행이었어요^^추천해용~❤️❤️

Quer se sentir em casa em Londres ? Esse é o lugar. Uma equipe fantástica, com muito acolhimento, carinho,simpatia e bom humor. Antônio, Peter, Bernard, Mark foram muito queridos ao longo dos onze dias em que lá nos hospedamos. Volto e recomendo !

Localização excelente, ônibus 24 horas na porta do hotel, próximo a Victoria Station. Há lojas de conveniência a um quarteirão e restaurantes próximos, especialmente o italiano Solo Mio, a 30 metros.

Quarto muito aconchegante, camas muito gostosas e um banheiro com ducha deliciosa, toalhas macias.

Tomadas para cabos em cada cama !

Café da manhã também muito gostoso.

Foi uma grata e feliz surpresa encontrar esse hotel ! Sentiremos saudades dessa hospedagem.

Lovely people and a really nice budget hotel. A huge step up from what you'd get at a Premier Inn or similar. See you again soon.

Ottimo albergo, super pulito, confortevole, bella la sala colazioni con proposte abbondanti. Un po' decentrato ma in un contesto splendido.

Atendimento impecável, pessoas extremamente simpáticas. Somos brasileiros e fomos atendidos todos os dias no café da manhã pelo Antônio que é português e fez questão de nos atender por ser mais fácil de nós entendermos, amamos, ele é muito atencioso e os outros também são. Nada a reclamar, tudo perfeito superando nossas expectativas.

Doskonała lokalizacja, perfekcyjna obsługa i jeszcze ten bajeczny angielski humor Panów właścicieli (a może tylko szefów). Serdecznie polecam!

Perfect location, perfect service and the fabulous English humor of the owners (or maybe just the bosses). I heartily recommend it, Wojciech Wierdak with his wife, daughter-in-law, son and grandchildren.

Un petit hotel vraiment confortable, simple, mais surtout trés propre. Un vrai english breakfast... Pratique pour sa situation à coté de Victoria Station. Tous moyens de transport à proximité, bus, train, métro et bus désservant les aéroports. Egalement des resto, pubs et épiceries.
