Small rooms but modern and very clean.

Great Concierge services from Patrik and Jomar.
Front desk went above and beyond. Kaisha, Paula, Jenny, Ottavia, Franco and Gabriel treated us like royalty!
Aldo, Andrew, Visar and Fabio welcomed us with a friendly smile, very polite and very helpful.
We had the best time at the bar with Cleverson advising and serving the best cocktails in London.
Met Bandeira, from the security team, who was very attentive and friendly.
Dinner was amazing. The food very tasty and well cooked, excellent cooking skills and an amazing Team at the restaurant.
Manuel and Eriko were outstanding!
Kyle and Mustafa helped out and were absolutely professional.
Marek did the best cocktails for dinner.
During breakfast Juliana received us with a huge smile and contagious sympathy. Skender was our amazing server as well as Ariti.
Joselito and Fryer helped bringing our orders without hesitation upon request and Viviane came to check if we need anything else.
The Hotel service is great, but the the staff make this place wonderful.
A big thanks to Juliana who recommended me the best cocktail and to Joao that made it.

Tienen un desayuno buffet muy escueto pero rico, ofrecen platos a la carta incluidos que estan muy buenos. Las habitaciones muy amplias y modernas. El personal fe recepción es muy atento y agradable. El domingo de pascua organizaron un happy easter para los niños y les regalaron un huevo grande de chocolate. El defecto el servicio de las comidas. Un completo desastre. La primera vez que cenamos allí por una confusión estuvimos casi 45 min esperando la cena. El primer dia que pedimos platos a la carta en el desayuno casi 1 hora sin desayunar esperando, con solo 3 mesas en el momento en que llegamos, confusiones varias en los cafes y los platos. Si mejoran eso serían 5 estrellas por mi parte.
La experiencia excepto por eso ha sido muy buena.
