This hotel is such a gem and I'm so happy my fiancé and I chose to stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the jazz theme of the hotel is unique and charming. The town itself was quiet since we stayed during a slow season but we were told to try and visit during the jazz festival in July or around the holidays in December when the town really comes alive. Since the hotel is higher up on a hill, you don't have to walk very far to see some stunning views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. The hotel breakfast had a variety of options but there's also a few breakfast spots around if you want something different. Plus, a Montreux city pass is included in your stay, so no need to worry about local transportation and you can enjoy discounts on tourist activities. I will definitely be staying again in the future!

Super clean rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. The only catch is that the room does not have a wardrobe (it has hangers). It has a nice and quite location.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's interesting that some reviews seem to be very critical of it, but it seems like people expect it to be a 4 star hotel for some reason when it's a 3 star. It's a great value for a 3-star hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's also a very nice cute hotel.

Das Hotel ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Montreaux sehr gut geeignet. Unser Zimmer für eine Nacht war etwas zu klein. Unten auf der Straße rasste nachts auch schon mal ein Auto vorbei, dessen Fahrer für eine Rallye zu üben schien und entsprechen laut war. Dafür lagen im Bad vielleicht die Ohrstöpsel. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, was sehr angenehm war. Das Lokal war toll, hatte Flair, auch wenn die ungepolsterten Stühle hart und eigentlich runter waren. Egal. Das Frühstück war mit 25 € pro Person schon etwas happig, aber dafür gab's sogar ein Glas Prosecco ... Alles in allem ein netter Aufenthalt.

Wir waren zu Zweit zwei Nächte im Tralala.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage etwas weiter oberhalb von Montreux gefiel uns gut. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und bergan hält der Bus 206 direkt am Hotel.
Das Zimmer im 4.Stock war klasse mit kleinem Balkon, der seitlich einen Blick auf den Genfer See ermöglichte.
Alle Teammitglieder waren gut drauf, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Je suis venu ce week-end sympathique hôtel ambiance agréable chambre sympa mais 50.- pour le déjeuner pour 2 personnes je trouves chère

Sympathique hôtel, proche du centre de Montreux.
Le Jazz est sa thématique et à inspirer l'ensemble décoratif de l'hôtel. et des chambres. Le petit dej est généreux, parfait pour démarrer une grosse journée et le personnel accueillant et souriant. Si j'avais une petite remarque, ce serait que la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement. Quoi qu'il en soit, je n'aurais pas de souci à y retourner.

Bien situé. Accueil très agréable. Chambres très bien. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande pour un séjour à Montreux.

Quero agradecer toda atenção que tive neste hotel , de modo geral , atendimento ótimo só não dei 5* pela menina nova , tive umas questoes com ela e acho que ela precisa de mas treinamento para lidar com situacoes e ser mais flexivel ...irei relatar tudo na sequencia ...

Local excelente 5*, vinho gostoso 4* cortesia casa na chegada , comida boa, porém ao meu paladar teve 2 pratos que nao me agradou muito , a carne veio com um molho muito doce disseram ser assim nao agridoce a carne acabou ficando doce
e esperava um prato salgado 3* , o camarao nao gostei o risoto parecia um sopa 1*, mas em fim o cafe da manha bem variado 5*. Frango gostei 4*
Quartos limpos 5* , toalhas novas 4*, precisei de um criado mudo e eles providenciaram 5* ...em fim super indico esse hotel , pela localidade 5* , pela higiene 5* , pelo preço 5* custo x benefício ( alias levem francos suicos, porque a mocinha nova nao queria aceitar meus euros e so tinha isso para pagar ... porem o Paulo 5** e uma pessoa espetacular a todo momento fez tudo para resolver as questoes e me deixar satisteifa pois ele deixou bem claro que ali o cliente tem preferencias e tem estar satisfeitos parabens Paulo pelo seu jeito como pessoa e profissional , educado , eficiente , sorridente ,me deu uma chave para nao pagar onibus Montreoux e disse que menina deveria ter me dado e nao fez ....em fim
Quanto meus Euros o Sr. Paulo 5** ouviu meu questinamento na recepcao e conseguir resolver com uma senhora chamada Maria 5* super educada que faz parte da equipe da cozinha e quarto , se propoz a trocar o dinheiro para mim e assim foi resolvido ; muito paciente pois me atrasei com check out pois comprei coisas demais nessa viagem vim com uma mala e levando 2 de volta o problema e conseguir organizar tudo na mala e fechar a mala que é o problema kkkk

Minha experiencia :
Na chegada com Pedro 4* atencioso educado, falava português e me mostrou os quartos disponíveis escolhi um porem bem cedo ouvia o barulho do estacionamento e e pedi para trocar encontrei a segunda pessoa muito educada, extremamente eficiente Guillaume 5* me trocou por um apartamento melhor , amplo , maravilhoso e silencioso ....fiquei muito satisfeita .
Na manha seguinte perdi o cafe da manha e ainda estava exposto nao era gratis e pedi para comer apenas ovos e um suco delaranja era coisa rapida , pois apto nao tem fregobar e microondas .... porem a menina da recepcao (nova ) 2* nao foi fui solicita disse que nao poderia ok entendi a regra do horario mas estava tudo exposto ou seja foi jogado no lixo , poderia ter pago o cafe por 19 francos e em 10 minutos comeria ...detalhe o cafe so foi retirado de la 30 minutos .....minha sorte que trouxe coisas que comprei como iorgute e pedia para guadar na geladeira e depois quando Sr Paulo 5** viu eu comendo minhas coisas ele disse que podeira pegar o cafe mas agradeci a gentileza mas a tinha comido minhas coisas , ele foi muito solicito ...Tambem nao posso esquecer o senhor do piano desculpe esqueci nome dele mas perdao se escrever errado acho que era Jhon 5* super educado , fez companhia no cafe ficamos conversando , tocava muito bem musicas e ensinou a tocar algumas notas mutio especial esses momentos ...Gratidao por tudo e todos .Voltarei com minha familia

Lekker jazzy

Myself my husband and our young son have just arrived home from 5 wonderful nights in this lovely quirky little hotel.
This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
Not only is the hotel in a lovely quiet little village like area with spectacular views over the lake the staff are FANTASTIC!
We had a number of activities cancel on us and both Paulo and MJ (Marie Julie) were on hand with fantastic suggestions so that we were not disappointed!
Breakfast in the morning was spot on and Paulo was always happy and jolly and would make our coffee to perfection. And in the evenings MJ was always a delight to have a talk to while we had a glass of the beautiful local wine. Nothing was too much for them :) they are a real asset to this hotel. There was another guy but we only had the pleasure of meeting him once and again he was so friendly.
We have stayed in a number of hotels in a number of locations varying from basic to 5* and I can honestly say this hotel was warm, welcoming and comfortable.
We will definitely return.

PS we would love to know the name of the local white wine …. It was fantastic.

Prima volta unico neo piccolo il bagno e pensavo colazione dentro invece pagata.

Une étape agréable dans cet hôtel. Accueil formidable. Très bon confort fans les chambres. Literie ok oreillers un peu fins. Propreté très bien. Quelques traces d'usures sont à noter à droite à gauche. Mais rien d'important. Petit déjeuner classique et correct. De qualité en ligne avec l'établissement. Le point à noter reste la qualité de l'accueil des équipes.

Wonderful! We couldn't have been happier with this hotel! Comfy beds, spacious room, clean and the staff was excellent!

Accueil sympathique avec apéro de bienvenue, quartier ancien et agréable pour se balader, assez calme mais excentré, si vous êtes en voiture le parking est petit et si vous êtes à pied, la montée est raide.
