We stayed with our two children for one night and had a great nights stay. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and in great condition. We had breakfast and, whilst this was fairly expensive, it was worth every penny and i would highly recommend this. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend.

On s'attendrait à mieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Le tarif reste assez cher pour la qualité.
Le ménage restait succinct.
Salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre, pas terrible...
Sinon emplacement top avec un parking pas loin pour 15 euros les 24h.
Personnel agréable et le petit déjeuner est varié.

We recently stayed a night in this hotel and had a good experience. The staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The city centre is only a few minutes walk and it is close to most of the tourist attractions in Bruges.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I spent one night here on 28 March and woke up with dozens of bed bug bites. Recent reviews indicate that this is a known problem for the hotel, yet they continue to book the hotel out. In their response to my complaint, they effectively accused me of bringing these with me (despite telling them that I’d stayed at my previous hotel in Malta for four nights with no issues and which I can prove), stating that no one had complained of bed bugs in my room since me. Given how many bad reviews for bed bugs are popping up, this is clearly a lie.

I went home the next night and have unfortunately brought the bed bugs with me as I woke up the following night at home with fresh bites. Don’t ruin your trip and avoid this hotel. I will report the hotel to the country’s relevant authority for investigation.

Very local & close to everything; staff were very persistent, staff were slightly rude, a ton of hidden costs that meant I had incurred an extra €70 fee with a lack of explanation. Hotel also lacked privacy with only a thin veil to separate the bathroom from the bedroom.

Abbiamo passato una notte nella struttura distaccata di questo hotel (a 3 minuti da quella principale. La camera e la struttura in generale sono da migliorare: le scale dell’hotel erano sporchissime e la moquette in camera assolutamente da lavare/rimuovere. Il supporto della doccia era rotto; c’era un unico sapone da bagno. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare i termosifoni. Nell’armadio c’erano delle lenzuola sporche ????????‍♀️ Tuttavia la posizione è ottima, per fortuna le lenzuola sul nostro letto erano pulite, e purtroppo il prezzo, seppur caro(pagata 170€ da Booking), è al di sotto della media di Bruges.

BEDBUGS!!!! Apparently it's bigger problem in the hotel if you check other reviews as well. There was very weird and bad smell in the room. Breakfast wasn't that good either. Nothing good to say about this hotel than the location. Not recommended to stay in this hotel.

First of all, I need to point out that it is not the place shown in the photos, there is a street behind your apartment. The room smelled very damp, there was no hot water, no slippers, and no drinking water. The towels smelled too, and surprise, the air conditioners were not working, it's what you wouldn't expect from a hotel, we went to the reception around 23:00 in the evening, the smell of cigarette (!) remained, there was no one at the reception, we couldn't even explain our problem, if you want to throw away your money, go.

Les chambres sont sales, moquette tachée, rideaux avec moisi, et le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement (lavabo etc.)
Points positifs la position de l hotel vraiment assez centrale et le prix. Le petit déjeuner est aussi tres correct pour cette catégorie d hôtel.

Ik had er kamer met mooi terras, zicht op torens dus top, niet alle kamers zijn zo ingedeeld. Bij het inchecken was duidelijk dat dit mijn eerste bezoek was echter geen enkel woord uitleg.. ik kreeg mijn kamernummer en kon beschikken, ook geen info mapje/extra uitleg op de kamer aanwezig. Het ontbijtbuffet is beperkt maar prijs/kwaliteit oké.

C est assez stressant de revenir avec des punaises de lit
Les conseils en regard de cela vraiment pas adaptes
Nous avons retrouve nos sacs de voyage dans un local sale pres de poubelles remplies de dechets alimentaires

De ce fait j ai moyennement apprecie mes vacances a Brugge

Kamer is netjes, ontbijt lekker en assortiment ruim genoeg. Personeel aardig maar niet professioneel. En hotel slecht toegankelijk voor mensen slecht ter been, gedeeltelijk toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers, maar vooral gehorig.

It was the most negative hotel experience in my life. Having checked into the room, on the very first night I woke up from the fact that I was bitten by BEDBUGS (BETTWANZEN! КЛОПЫ!). When I went down to the reception and complained, the manager was not surprised at all, but at the same time said that he did not have any solution to "my problem". If you have bedbugs in your hotel, it's not my problem - it's your problem. At 2 a.m. he could not offer me any other solution than to go to the room and spend the night in the company of bedbugs (and then to try to find a solution in the morning). He didn't offer me another room (ok, they might not have been in the hotel) or another hotel. There were literally two options: sleep with bedbugs or sleep on the street. He didn’t help me to find another hotel because, according to him, "he doesn’t know the city and doesn’t know hotels nearby". He gave me the "number for emergency contact", but no one answered (at 2 a.m. people usually sleep, yes, and I also wanted to sleep in normal conditions I've paid for).

It's (1) a violation of sanitary standards, (2) disrespectful and unacceptable customer service, (3) a bad reputation for the hotel, (4) a bad reputation for the whole city. I had to urgently look and pay for a new place. Later I've read the reviews on Google and realized that this is a normal situation for this hotel, it’s a pity that I didn’t check them in advance, my vacation was ruined.

The location is a 10 min walk to Brugge station and 10 min to the main market square. Rooms were clean and service was welcoming.

Recepcionista poco serviciales, la habitación estaba en un edificio anexo (no nos comunicaron nada con anterioridad, ni nos acompañaron, solo nos dieron indicaciones y poco claras), habitación bastante cutre, siendo pleno invierno tenían un ventilados en medio que solo ocupaba espacio, colchón incómodo, cortinas súper arrugadas… hay otras opciones mejores.

Modern hotel met propere, ruime kamers, gelegen in het centrum van Brugge en op wandelafstand van het station.
Lekker ontbijt.
Wij komen hier terug.

Une très mauvaise expérience, accueil froid personnel non aimable. On vous indique pas l’heure du check out ni check in. Je suis arrivé à 11h j’ai du attendre jusqu’à 14h30 pour récupérer la clef. Le lendemain la femme de ménage faisait du bruit tres tot le matin dans le couloir et la cerise sur le gateau un du personnel qui venu frapper à ma porte brutalement et me demande de sortir de la chambre avec méchanceté il était 12h et jetait en train de me préparer pour sortir de moi meme car y avait pas d’heure de check out. Les chambres ont l’air lumineuses alors que pas du tt ainsi que l’entrée d’hôtel est dans une ruelle craignante le soir…. Je donne 00000000

We got here for a little weekend getaway yesterday. I have to say this lady at the front desk was somehow determined to ruin the guest's arrival experience. It was my boyfriend who booked the room but on the wrong date via agora by accident. He cancelled it immediately and directly got an available room from the hotel at the desk. This lady all of sudden says that the room for the next weekend was not a free cancellation implying that we need to pay (like she thought we are stupid enough to pay this?) though we got the free cancellation confirmation from agora. I told her the hotel needs to talk to agora. We booked it through the agora agency and whether the hotel gets the fund or not from agora is not our business. The room we got today, we are paying directly to the hotel and two reservations are completely unrelated matters. Yet, she stood there telling me in my face in a very condescending tone that "we are doing you a favor by giving you the last available room today." I don't know who in the world she thinks she is but this hotel better puts some sense in her head and gets her some hospitality 101 basic course unless the hotel believes that this is the hotel's standard way of treating a guest. She really wasted our time repeating this conversation over and over like a parrot without a clear objectives, and tried to ruin the experience for no reason. The other guy next to her tried to stop her but she just wouldn't shut up. I'm really not sure what her goal in this conversation was though I made it clear that she needs to contact agora and settle. Never recommend this hotel and will never be back. There are plenty of other new, boutique hotels with this price range in the area. Not worth dealing with this kind of Airbnb level hospitality which I found it extremely unprofessional. Plus the bed mattress sinks on one side only so deep you will feel your back and neck pain in the morning. So much for a 4 star hotel. Completely horrendous experience from the beginning to the very end.

Emplacement proches du parking et du centre ville agréable la chambre a besoin de quelques travaux niveau prise sinon le reste rien à dire personnel a l accueil très accueillant

Other peoples reviews almost made me not book but after 2 nights in Feb, I was really glad we gave it a chance. Super good hotel for the price in Brugge, sweet staff, great location and very comfy beds. The onsite restaurant next door has just opened after 9 months renovation and its a really beautiful space.

Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the WiFi in our rooms was really bad and there's no kettle in the room to make coffee in the mornings.

Punaises de lits dans la chambre , rien de plus à dire.

Goede service, heerlijk ontbijt, gastvrijheid. Bed en deken koud, klimaat moeilijk in te stellen (of werkte mogelijk in mijn geval niet), bij inschakeling van de klimaatbeheersing brandt er een fel groen licht, irritant in het donker. Verder een aanrader gezien mooie kamer, parkeren, locatie in het centrum etc.
