Séjour en chambre familiale bien plus confortable et luxueuse que dans certains hotels. Le service est chaleureux. Les restaurants s'adaptent au régime alimentaire sans gluten. 2 piscines 2 ambiances et la plage à quelques mettre sur toute la longueur de l'hotel. Idéalement situé pour profiter des couchers de soleil.

My husband and I came here for lunch on a Monday. The food and service were wonderful! Would absolutely recommend it.

J'ai passé 2 nuits au Sugar Beach Mauritius du 24.11 au 26.11. Je dirais que ça a été un sejour impeccable et fabuleux. En entrant, on est immédiatement impressionné par la magnifique bâtisse. Les employés nous on bien accueilli en prennant nos bagages. Notre cocktail a été servie par la pétillante Nadine. Elle est une employée extraordinaire. Je me suis fais une nouvelle amie. Elle est très professionnelle avec un sourire chalereux. Elle est très gentille. Elle nous a bien parlé durant notre attente de la chambre. C'est une employée qui mérite grandement sa place au sein de l'hôtel. On voit qu'elle a bien été formé et bien sûr tout le reste viens de sa belle personnalité. Elle a été époustouflante tout au long de notre séjour. Elle s'est montrée présente et à l'écoute. Elle nous a bien servi et on voudrais vraiment la remercier pour tout le travail qu'elle a fourni. Je dis chapeau à Nadine. Je l'apprécie beaucoup. Malgré qu'on a eu la chambre tardivement. On a profité pour visiter l'hôtel. Je dirais que le Sugar Beach est très bien entretenu. Le jardin est magnifique. L'hôtel est nickel. La piscine est juste incroyable. J'ai pu avoir les chambres (631 et 632) qui sont pas loin du restaurant et je dis merci à Celine de la reservation et à l'équipe de l'hôtel également. Les employés à la reservation sont très professionnel et je leurs remercie pour tout le travail formidable qu'ils effectuent. La chambre est belle sans plus et sans exagération. Je dirais que la chambre manquait un peu de charme surtout au niveau de l'extérieur. Les personnes qui ont amené nos bagages étaient sympathique. Ils nous ont mis à l'aise. On est parti à la piscine et à la plage. Je trouve que c'est un cadre magnifique. Rien à dire. En plus la piscine n'était pas bordé. On a mangé des dim sum et servi par Nasir; un employé gentil et très professionnel. Il est très compétent et je voudrais le remercier de son professionnalisme. Les dim sum étaient délicieuses. Ensuite on est parti dîner au "Le Patio". Je dirais qu'ils ont mis la barre haute, bien sûr orchestré par Sachin Surowan; le manager. Ça été l'un des meilleures services que j'ai pu avoir dans tout les hôtels que j'ai fréquenté. Le service a été à la hauteur de toutes mes espérances. Le chef Somrah nous a donné l'un des meilleurs accueil. Je dis wow. Il est naturel et souriant. C'est une personne extraordinaire. J'apprécie beaucoup Somrah et bien sûr tout me manquera chez lui. Le thème du premier soir; libanais. Le deuxième soir; la pèche. Je dirais super buffet et une nouriture succulente. Sachin est vraiment incroyable. C'est une personne simple et terre à terre. Il a cette facilité de parler. Je me suis senti à l'aise en sa présence. Je le trouve très compétent. Il s'est bien occupé de nous. Il est venu plusieurs fois à notre table pour nous saluer. Je lui dis un grand bravo pour sa gestions des restaurants du Sugar Beach. Que dire de Vimala; incroyable. C'est une personne d'une extrême gentillesse et bienveillante. Je veux la remercier pour tout son bon service, sa douceur et son sourire. Je dis chapeau aussi à Ludovic et Meet (Le Patio) et Geeta (Citronella) qui sont des personnes très professionnel et sympathique. Le service de Geeta a été excellent. La majorité des staff sont souriant et agréable. Ça m'a fais beaucoup de bien. On voit qui a véritablement travail de la part des équipes au Sugar Beach Mauritius. J'ai eu le meilleur service possible. Autre exemple; j'avais demandé à un agent de sécurité où se situait la piscine de La Pirogue. Je trouve la façon donc il m'a parlé incroyable. C'est très professionnel. Mention spéciale pour le déjeuner au "Le Patio" qui est d'une grande qualité. Les plats sont bien représentés. J'ai bien mangé. Le burger de boeuf était excellent. Concernant le Kids Club; je voulais remercier Natalie pour son excellent service et son sourire. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel à tout le monde. Je compte y revenir pour mes prochaines vacances. Moi-même, ma soeur et mes nièces vous disent tous un grand merci de nous avoir fais vivre le meilleur.

Hôtel très luxueux, décoration très chic, personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant et charmant.. les restaurants sont délicieux.. nous nous sommes régalés, il y a un self service avec un choix magnifique… donc nous avons passé un séjour idyllique. Sabine et Andrew NELSON

The hotel as a hotel is very nicely arranged, but I can't notice that everything is more beautiful in photos than in real life, but we are used to photoshop everywhere, including here. As for the friendliness of the staff, they are extremely friendly at the reception, too friendly in the restaurant, and extremely rude and forgetful at the pool, if you manage to find them and call them because they are almost never at their workplace. They bring ice cream, it melts until the they come, they bring a bottle of water, and a glass after 40 minutes, etc... As for the food, it's very good, but breakfast same everyday. If you get hungry at another time, it is very possible that the restaurant will be closed at that moment and you will not have the opportunity to eat anywhere. Tried twice in Italian Citronella restaurant, not serving food… The restaurant was always empty, no one even drinks a drink. That was a sign to us that something was not right. Bring food from home because if you get hungry, you won't have anything to eat at that time, and there are many hours during the day when they don't serve food. To me, it is imaginable that there is no restaurant in such a complex, and at the same time there is nowhere to eat or buy anything around.
I have to commend the staff at Budha Bar, but the male side of the crew and an older lady, who introduced herself as the boss. They try to find a solution for every problem you encounter..
As for the prices in the resort, it is very expensive, if you relax a little, you will spend another third of the arrangement that was paid for, and not to mention the prices of the excursions, we went to 4, it is terrible how much they charge, and they are very simple excursions. I only recommend the quad bike tour and diving for those who like it; and Casela Park.
And one more thing that puzzled me, that this kind of hotel does not have the service of using a spa or a sauna on HB. This is not found anywhere in the world. Massages are paid everywhere, but the use of SPA (in this case sauna), nowhere. The water in the pool is very dirty, the approach to the beach is very..
All in all, a hotel for retirees, I can't even say people with small children because they don't have any fun area for children, no swings, or slides. I would say that the hotel is only for the elderly..

Food, drinks, service were amazing. Sundowner was breathtaking.

Das Sugar Beach besticht durch die tolle Lage, das hochwertige Essen und einen guten Service! Hervorragend wie man mit Wünschen oder auch Missverständnissen umgeht. Da möchten wir Santoo erwähnen der sich als all in Kunde darum gekümmert hat,dass wir unseren Lieblingswein in der Minibar hatten. Oder auch Rolande, die nicht nur unser schönes Zimmer sauber gehalten hat, sondern mit ihren Kunstwerken aus Handtücher unser Bett dekoriert hat. Das Essen war sowohl im Buffet Restaurant, wie auch in der Budda Bar oder dem Citronella, sehr abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Unsere Silberhochzeit wurde mit einem candle Light Diner zu einem unvergesslichen Abend.
Danke an (z.B. Santoo, Rolande ,Vanessa) und alle anderen, die dazu beigetragen haben, dass wir einen wirklich tollen Urlaub hatten.

My wife and I have been living at Sugar Beach for a few days during our current stay in Mauritius. What a great place to chill out !!! For me, a perfect start to the day is spending time in the gym ; with the coaching and stretching from Satyam, a top ‘PRO’, I then move on to a hearty, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Service is very friendly and family like, without going over the top.
Evening dinner, enjoying the SB Buffet or At Buddha Bar is always an exciting and enjoyable experience, thank you Sheerin & Kevin & team. We have been enjoying Sugar Beach for many years now and the hotel has clearly moved a level up as a top notch holiday resort. Again, many thanks to everyone !!!
And we always look forward to spending time at this wonderful place, almost like our second home, during our regular visits to Mauritius.

Even though we weren’t guests of the resort, they treated us very well and the food was delicious. On a rainy day like today it was very much needed! Thank you :-)

A beautiful place, lovely welcoming and friendly staff. Despite the rain, 3 full days of sun out of 10 days, (which nobody can do anything about), we had an enjoyable time. This just means we must return another time to enjoy this beautiful resort.

You are unexpectedly sprayed with insecticide. If you report the incident you will not be taken seriously. The fire alarm goes off regularly at night. The restaurant is full of pooping birds, unhygienic. The beach is full of seaweed. Motorboats race back and forth in the swimming area, very dangerous especially for snorkelers. Holidays are no fun.

Le personnel est très accueillant, très serviable. C’est très bon, il y a pas mal de choix pour manger.
Le cadre est idyllique.

Bien que le soleil n'était pas toujours présent, nous avons passé 8 jours extraordinaires (trop court). L'hôtel est superbe et le personnel d'une incroyable gentillesse (un merci tout particulier à Blanca pour ses delicieuses crêpes au petit-déjeuner et son sourire) Toutes les équipes sont tops. Nous étions en 1/2 pension, les buffets sont variés et de qualité. Un grand merci à tous

Nous sommes des adeptes du Sugar Beach pour y être revenus à 3 reprises.
Notre dernier séjour date de la semaine dernière. Nous avons de nouveau passé un agréable séjour en all inclusive.
On dirait le paradis sur terre, le temps s arrête et c est l émerveillement total. Vive les vacances et la farniente!

We wanted to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary at a beautiful hotel on a dreamy island in the Indian Ocean, so we chose the 'Sugar Beach' Hotel in Mauritius. All our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is situated right on the stunning white sands of 'Flic en Flac.' The hotel grounds are very clean and well-maintained. The entire staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen, bar, beach) is very friendly and helpful. Every wish is fulfilled.

We would like to mention a few individuals by name because we had closer contact with them, and they became dear to our hearts. Ms. Anuradha Servais (Executive Assistant/Service Excellence Executive) kindly greeted us during breakfast and inquired about our well-being. She did everything to ensure we had an unforgettable stay at the 'Sugar Beach' Hotel. As we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary, she organized a few surprises for us. We were brought a bottle of champagne with canapés to our room, and after dinner, we received a cake. When we entered our room, we found a heart made of towels and flowers on our bed. In the restaurant, we were served by Rolando. He is an extremely nice and attentive waiter with whom we got along very well. In the bar, Imal served us some delicious drinks.

You feel like you're in paradise here. We were overjoyed to spend our vacation here! When we go to Mauritius next time, we will choose the 'Sugar Beach' Hotel again.

Wonderful, intense massage

I have been at the SPA a few times now. I have to say that it is wonderful. The atmosphere is calming from the moment you walk in.
They give the most amazing massages.
I have come out feeling so relaxed. Aches and pains popped and crackled away. Slightly bruised after a few days, but that was always going to happen with years of deep knots crunched away. Highly recommend regular visits. Thank you Reshma and Vishal.

Mon épouse et moi, nous avons célébré récemment un heureux événement au fameux restaurant Buddha Bar, du Sugar Beach Hotel où nous avons été émerveillés par l’accueil du personnel et les mets raffinés et délicieux proposés.
Des notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et pris en charge par le Guest Service Manager, l’inégalable Stephane Sandapen.
Son sourire, sa gentillesse, sa présence discrète et son efficacité font de lui un professionnel, lequel est toujours à l’écoute des besoins du client.
Tout était à la hauteur pour une soirée réussie dans un cadre idyllique (depuis les amuse-bouches au dessert): la présentation des plats, l'accueil, le service, la promptitude du personnel du Buddha Bar à notre égard
Aussi, nous avons vivement apprécié les services attentionnés des maîtres à bord:
Le chef exécutif Mauree, le directeur du restaurant Kevin, le sous-chef Dhinesh, le sommelier Kaushal et la charmante serveuse Grace qui étaient tous à nos petits soins.
Mention spéciale au steak Wagyu qui a ravi nos papilles.
Pour conclure, nous dirons que nous avons passé une divine soirée, haut en saveurs dans cet établissement cinq étoiles.
