Booked a one night stay via Booking as I was traveling from Texas. Upon checking in I realized that I made a mistake with the booking dates, the front desk clerk immediately corrected the issue. She was nice and very professional. I was tired from a long drive, and received poor service at another hotel after trying to check in. So the good customer service made quite the difference. When I stepped into my room, it was clean, the bedsheets were clean, the bathroom also towels were clean. Everything appliance in the room was in working condition. I didn't have any issues whatsoever. Had a good night's sleep. The next morning while getting ready to leave the hotel I realized that I left something in the room. I went to the front desk and the clerk activated a card for me to go back and retrieve my belongings.

Very pleased with the customer service, overall cleanliness of the property and the room, and the location of the property.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff seemed clueless while check in. Finally got a room and there were cobwebs in the corners and peeling paint from the ceiling. Picture frames were damaged and a noticeable GAP at the bottom of our EXTERIOR door. Did not feel safe at all. I would NOT recommend a stay here.

Staff was very helpful and nice, room was nice and cleaned daily. I had no problems with anything and would be happy to stay there again!
