Booked a one night stay via Booking as I was traveling from Texas. Upon checking in I realized that I made a mistake with the booking dates, the front desk clerk immediately corrected the issue. She was nice and very professional. I was tired from a long drive, and received poor service at another hotel after trying to check in. So the good customer service made quite the difference. When I stepped into my room, it was clean, the bedsheets were clean, the bathroom also towels were clean. Everything appliance in the room was in working condition. I didn't have any issues whatsoever. Had a good night's sleep. The next morning while getting ready to leave the hotel I realized that I left something in the room. I went to the front desk and the clerk activated a card for me to go back and retrieve my belongings.

Very pleased with the customer service, overall cleanliness of the property and the room, and the location of the property.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff seemed clueless while check in. Finally got a room and there were cobwebs in the corners and peeling paint from the ceiling. Picture frames were damaged and a noticeable GAP at the bottom of our EXTERIOR door. Did not feel safe at all. I would NOT recommend a stay here.

Great staff, tenants were out of control had to call police. Roaches in restroom. Will never stay here again, other tenants tried kicking in the door. UNSAFE area didn't get any sleep and had surgery early next morning.

I'm still here at this motel room and I'd like to know if I can get back my money for my last day here because the toilet is backing up all over the floor and it's also backing up into the tub area as well please fix this issue or I really want my money back for this last day here

It's really a shame that the Travel Lodge is having these problems with the water and the septic tanks hopefully they can fix them soon
Well I asked for my money back but they didn't do it for some specific reason they just offered me another room to go into

Love this place!! I stay every time I come to town on business. Wonderful staff and the manager Mrs. Heather is just wonderful always ready to take care of her guest. ????

No outlets. Very old. Lock was busted. But it was clean, right off hwy and staff were helpful. At least there weren't any bugs.

I have never had a business loose my business so fast… the lady at the desk was kind, but the room, oh my goodness it was horrible. I turned on the light and roaches went everywhere on the bed the walls the floor it was disgusting, they wanted to charge me $109 a night! Absolutely not I will spring on a 5 star before I sleep with roaches. This was the first place I saw after driving for 16 hours I was exhausted and to be met with bugs and the smell of meth the second I walked in my room… gross you couldn’t pay me enough to come back.

The owner is a rude bi—h! She does not know how to speak to people and should not be in customer service , better yet owing a hotel. Ugh.

The best part of my stay was the front desk staff and housekeeping. Their warmth made me stay longer because I’d never support a business where the owner does not respect me ! I was desperate to escape my abusive ex so I had nowhere to go !

Candy at the front desk , and Alberta the housekeeper are amazing. All the front desk staff was super friendly and professional. So my review is based upon them only.

The owner could keel over and die and I wouldn’t lose sleep. The nerve of her ! Ugh.

Love you Candy and Alberta. Y’all deserve a much better work place. The owners of this hotel do NOT deserve you guys!!!!

I’ll create a better job and living situation for y’all myself just to come give you a decent job where you’re respected. Thanks for embodying customer service , don’t let the nasty owner to change y’all ! ????????????????

I Enjoyed my week there, and the guy at the front desk all i know is his last name is Mr.Smith, He made sure I was 110% satisfied, he gave me perfect directions, he really deserve a raise !!!!! The room was cleaned, Beds was comfortable, and the tv worked perfectly, i slept like new born baby.

I typically don't entertain the thought of staying at mom & pop 1 - 3 star motel/hotels however I did on last night 27 January, 2023. I want to tell any and everybody that reads this review to not count this place out or underestimate them. The staff was superb and they went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the lobby and room was out of this world. When you see a Travelodge, Motel 6 or Super 8, you tend to categorize them all the same. Low budget you get what you paid for type of establishments. Not with this location. Sheets/bed super clean. Towels super clean and soft. Freshness of the room was great. So if you're in Shreveport and your money is funny and your change is strange and you need to relax on a budget.....this is the place. Thanks Travelodge.

We’ve stayed at the Travelodge since February and I think it’s time we introduce ourselves properly. We are The Mother and Father of the Universe. Mr. Marlon Brown is known as God Shu/Papa Legba and I am Goddess Hathor/Oshun. The Cosmic Mother of all life. We’ve come to ensure Humanity is delivered from enslavement in all forms. Nonetheless, we share many of the same complaints as the guests because we initially were guests but Mr. Brown worked out employment with Mr. Taj. As for that, please rectify any issues that needs resolving. This is a most urgent matter. As much love and understanding that He has shown, He is who He is and We are who we are.
