Stayed in this hotel this week. It was second time me and my husband stayed there. This time we invited our friends with us.
Since we enjoyed this hotel because of it’s location. But unfortunately we were disappointed by service from hotel staff. We emailed hotel telling that we will arrive earlier and would like to check in earlier. Hotel responded that it might be possible. On the day when we arrived, there was no such possibilty. Our friends were already checked in the hotel since they arrived 2 days before us. Since there was no place to wait, we decided to join our friends for breakfast. Since breakfast was closing, we didn’t order anything. Our friends asked waiter to bring us tea so we can have some tea while our friends are finishing their breakfast.
Everything would be ok, but on the day we were checking out, we were charged for tea 10€. I think it’s ridiculous to charge your returning customers (that returned with friends which means more income) money for cheapest tea. I am business owner myself and I find it lowest form of hospitality.
P.S during breakfast staff didn’t inform us about the fact this basic tea will cost us 10€.
Will not be staying here again.

Siamo stati la scorsa estate a fine Agosto per qualche giorno. Camere standard pulita e con tutto il necessario, colazione buonissima, le cameriere sono molto gentili. Spa pulita, manca solo la musica in sottofondo. Posizione strategica e comoda a tutto. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Ho dato 4 stelle perché mi sarei aspettato qualche comfort in più date le 4 stelle, letti scomodi soprattutto il terzo, un divano letto sicuramente non dei migliori.
Personale molto gentile e pronto a dare consigli, struttura nuova e ben tenuta, buona la posizione adiacente ad una pista, peccato non poter fare lo skipass come in altre strutture.

We just spent a whole week in this wonderful place, the hotel is great, it feels like it’s new, we had a bedroom with stunning views of the mountains and sunrise, our daughters on the next room also very comfortable. Lots of storage space, very well thought, super clean! The best of all was/is the service. The two ladies at breakfast are very nice and the star of the hotel is definitely Lucia, who was so nice and helpful, always with a smile and great conversation, she helped us with bookings and advice, incredibly friendly and attentive with everyone, we all loved her and hopefully will come back next year ????????

Hit and miss - some staff were super friendly and accomodating with service and recommendations whereas some staff were rude just sitting on front desk scrolling their instagram or on phone calls and reluctant to even acknowledge your presence. Careful what room your choose - Classic rooms are quite small and pokey - especially if room is set as two single beds with walls being paper thin as you could hear you next door neighbours in the bathroom in the middle of night. No blinds for light blockout but instead shutters on outside windows made us feel like we went into lockdown each night in a prison cell.

Albergo con con tutti i servizi basici posizionato ai piedi della pista da sci... Tutti i servizi pubblicati sul loro sito ci sono. Ambiente un po' freddo... Manca un po' di sentimento è un po' di calore umano....
Spazio termale ben tenuto anche se lasciare un po' di acqua a disposizione per i clienti e qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe certamente utile
Proprietà 'un po' fredda"... Ma mi ha spiegato che è "sommersa dai costi..." (Ma credo che non solo gli imprenditori della val Gardena lo siano in questo momento)

Esperienza stupenda. Posizione perfetta, strategica per raggiungere il centro di Selva e la cabinovia Ciampinoi. Personale accogliente e molto disponibile, camere e bagno puliti e ordinati, con set spa personale (borsa con accappatoio, ciabatte, teli). La Spa è grande e offre diversi confort (sauna e biodsauna, bagno turco...), è aperta due ore nel tardo pomeriggio; la piscina è grande e l'accesso è libero per l'intera giornata. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e molto abbondante. Per i clienti dell'hotel sono presenti posti auto riservati all'aperto.

Fin ora tutto bene, simpatica receptionist. Ottima colazione stanza pulitissima.

Wonderful experience with excellent viewing in the room 403. Sauna in suite, and bath in tub with stars viewing. The room is very spacious.
Cleanliness, and customer service during breakfast are excellent.
Nice garage available.
Wellness center and pool are also excellent.
Only item to mention as a suggestion would be having in the room a boiler to prepare some tea, a coffee machine and a minibar.

Struttura bella e accogliente, camera super pulita, personale disponibile, attento, cortese, e molto simpatico :-) mi sono trovata molto bene. La colazione davvero buona, c'è di tutto ed è ideale per iniziare bene la giornata!

Best hotel/garni in Selva, Ali keeps the whole thing in mint condition with excellent care of details, new furniture in 2015 and very clean service are the main features with a glancing view on gruppo sella.
