I would recommend this hotel.
Pulizia buona, normale direi.

Please do something to prevent the shower waters getting to the bathroom door or else you will have to change it very soon.
Negativ: Am Wochenende Schlaf kaum möglich, gegenüberliegende Bar produziert Lärm bis 7:00 morgens. Fenster und Wände sind null isoliert, alles sehr billig und schnell gebaut, sonst wäre das wahrscheinlich kein so großes Problem.
Leider nicht sehr sauber, zwar nicht massiv dreckig, aber Haare der Vorgänger überall, Scheiben dreckig, Bad mäßig, Spuren an den Wänden etc…
Schick gedacht und prinzipiell schön gemacht, aber schnell hochgezogen ohne große Qualität. Leider unsauber und laut.
I can’t sleep well as it is super noisy around. There are music from the bar nearby till 6am.
On my day2 stay, someone pounded the entrance from 1-3am, and no one from the hotel called the police.
One resident called the police and resolve it.
There may be weird people around near the hotel, make you feel unsecured.
On my day3 stay, another residents come in my room with their card key.
It is ridiculous that they hotel assigned same room to different people on same day.
Once we knew where we were going in Athens, this location became very convenient: 6 min to metro and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. There were some characters in the underpass around the corner but they were harmless. Anyone from a city knows the type and knows how to avoid them.
We didn’t mind that reception closed at 11pm. It was easy to go in and out as we pleased with the entry code. Staff also safe guarded our luggage after checkout on our last day.
Room was sparse but correct. Could use a little more decoration — and maybe a rug? I loved reading on the balcony after a long day of sightseeing. Bed was comfy. Water pressure in shower was strong. Shower gel smelled like birthday cake. Appreciated the water refill and coffee capsules in the morning!
BONUS: There’s an art gallery in the basement and the folks there invited us in to take a look and listen to live music. Nice see the place was alive!
We send the photos as evidences to the hotel for a refund. They did provide us a full refund. When we asked if they knew about the Bed Bugs issue, they said “THEY KNEW about it”, and then how come they are still selling the room? They did not seems to be willing to fix the issue, rather then just covering it up, and hoping it will go away by itself!
See the photos below for yourself. Saving you the headaches of booking with this establishment. They also are a chain so be aware of all their chain hotels, if cleanliness isn’t a priority here, I doubt it will be on the others.
