The hotel location is very ideal for me and there are many shops in the train station right next to the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience in Ginevra through this hotel, which was wonderful in everything… all the receptionist and the staff were very gentle and helpful in giving all the information requested…. The hotel’s location is great, due the closeness to the city centre and to the public transport…. The only thing that was a little disappointing, was the Wi-Fi quality, which sometimes worked and sometimes not,.
Nevertheless it is a very nice hotel, which i would recommend others to choose in case they want to visit Ginevra….

I didn't eat at the restaurant and I didn't have breakfast at the premises to comment on these services, since I had my own kitchen inside my studio. But, I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others.
All the staff were very kind and helpful, for which I am grateful.

Fantastic location, right next to the train station (13 mins by train to get to the airport). Short walk to the lake and a bus just 3 mins away to reach the United Nations building. We stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchen and it was a large size, especially for Geneva. This also made it great value for money. Staff were so friendly and attended to every request and query. Room was extremely clean and comfy and the housekeeping team did a great job each day. Two days before travel, we received the free tourist travel card, emailed from the hotel to us so that it could be used to travel from the airport. Already recommended to friends.

Hôtel très bien au niveau du personnel, de la chambre, de la propreté, de l aménagement de la chambre, de la literie. Bien situé pour bouger par contre parking de l'hôtel pas sur place, en extérieur, miteux et dangereux et payant en plus. Parking public plus loin sécurisé mais payant à l heure. Attention au porte feuille.

Not so happy customer, The assigned receptionist did not follow up on issues that was addressed||But the other receptionist assigned transfer us to different room. But it was hard as we just got back from a very tiring tour. wanting to get rest than moving all our stuff that was all out from our luggage. Really a pain!

Petite escapade entre amoureux, le jour de l an et le suivant. C était très calme et au cœur de Genève à 1 min de la gare. Litterie impeccable. Meubles un peu vieillots. Le point faible de ce séjour est clairement le petit déjeuner.

Switzerland is really expensive. The rooms are so small and they are unlocked with mechanical keys. But it is really close to the train station. I have stayed here before on several occasions, and it has always been good. As was this visit. I didn't partake of the breakfast options because as an international traveller with extremely tight timelines, I didn't have time! Yet on the one occasion I had breakfast it was very disappointing. There was almost nothing left in terms of hot food, and the lady in charge gave me only 15 minutes, even though I arrived before the 10am deadline. Sorry, not good enough! My other criticism was on the WiFi quality. On several occasions in my six day stay, I could not connect. That's third world stuff! Those things aside, the stay was good, and should I return to Geneva I will stay again at MontB. But please fix the issues raised.
